Inaccessible boot device after latest insider update this morning (build 21364)

Nothing works in the recovery mode as it cannot back out the update, cannot repair. 

One of the update is kb5003399 and I forgot the other one, will have to boot back to the command prompt.

In the command prompt, I can tell it's not showing my 1TB drive, it's in x:/ with very little space.

Also, wusa.exe doesn't exist in that command prompt. 

Can anyone help to get my system booting again?

MB: GIGABYTE X570 AORUS ELITE WIFI AM4 AMD X570

CPU: AMD RYZEN 5 3600 6-Core 3.6 GHz

GPU: Nvidia 1070<feff><feff>

Memory: 64 GB (4 x 16 GB Crucial Ballistix 32GB Kit (2 x 16GB) DDR4-3600 )

    I can confirm that I am no longer offered this driver.

    However, I cannot see how it took this long to remove. It was an issue for Insiders first, but it STILL was pushed out to the public branch? Isn't the entire point of the Insider program for people to test stuff and you guys fix it before it goes public? This is an extremely serious issue, some people may even resort to a full windows re-install because of this update. I (thankfully) had a restore point, but it was from a week ago, and a lot of my settings and stuff was all borked because of the restore. I'm just happy my computer works, but this is not the kind of stuff you'd expect from a multi-trillion dollar company that is KNOWN for shoving windows updates down our throats. This is exactly the kind of behavior that validates those who refuse to install updates because of various issues. This legit BSODed computers. Microsoft, try to NOT be the company you are notorious for being.

    Is Microsoft going to replace my broken hardware? That's exactly what you guys have done. Thanks guys, PC has been running like a dream ever since this one update. Can't even get power to fix anything now. Top notch stuff.

    Had this same issue Gigabyte X570. Fixed after doing a boot repair.

    Wake up this morning and PC is completely BRICKED. No power whatsoever.

    Now please tell me who is responsible for this colossal f*** up?? Why would you push out a driver update and force it upon normal users? Who's smooth brain decision was this?

    I'm now left with a $4000 brick. I'm beyond furious. You guys are pathetic.

    Hi i just installed that particular driver update that you mention, and it caused my pc to bsod on boot with the "boot drive inaccessible" code.

    I've regained access through some recovery mode and bios tinkering. But i would very much like to be able to remove it, which seems impossible.

    I had to disable rezisable bar in the bios in order to retain csm mode.

    It seemed to work. But definately a wonky workaround
