Inaccessible boot device after latest insider update this morning (build 21364)

Nothing works in the recovery mode as it cannot back out the update, cannot repair. 

One of the update is kb5003399 and I forgot the other one, will have to boot back to the command prompt.

In the command prompt, I can tell it's not showing my 1TB drive, it's in x:/ with very little space.

Also, wusa.exe doesn't exist in that command prompt. 

Can anyone help to get my system booting again?

MB: GIGABYTE X570 AORUS ELITE WIFI AM4 AMD X570

CPU: AMD RYZEN 5 3600 6-Core 3.6 GHz

GPU: Nvidia 1070<feff><feff>

Memory: 64 GB (4 x 16 GB Crucial Ballistix 32GB Kit (2 x 16GB) DDR4-3600 )

Drive: Samsung 1TB 970 EVO NVMe M.2 Internal SSD

    Same here. Windows installed SCSIAdapter - 9.3.0.221by itselfe and asked for reboot.

    After reboot - inaccessible boot device.

    Win install USB and fix startup (twice) resolved the issue.

    3700X, x570, NVMe pcie 4.0

    Edit:

    No insiders program

    Several RGB, realtek, bitdefender and whatnot software needed new login, wanted new driver install after fixing startup.

    And somehow windows decided to reinstall the AMD SCSI Adapter during the fixing for all the other stuff (although the SCSI update was listed as successful) and again, inaccessible boot device.

    Pause your windows update until someone has a better solution!

    Same, I am not in the Insider build and I have gotten this update. Real mess up on MS here.

     This update should never been given out by Microsoft in the first place. I just spent over an hour trying to get my system back running again. I had to do a system restore point to get my computer to boot again. Microsoft please I can't afford my computer to be down because someone didn't check these updates.

    I can't boot after I install Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. - SCSIAdapter - 9.3.0.221. Please pull this broken update. Also, I am not in the insider program, so that means this update was pushed to the public. Pull this immediately.
