    Hi Sibro,

    Many users are reporting the crash of Photos App, I see many FBH reports too.

    Hard to isolate which of the W.U. cumulative updates triggered the bug.

    In my case the third-party ISO came to the rescue again. 👌

    Update/repair in place with ISO 22622.436 fixed the problem on both my failing systems.

    When I tried the same with the official MS insider 22621 ISO it did not help at all. 😜

    As I showed yesterday the third system that was upgraded directly with W.U. from 22000.832 to 22622.436 did not have the issue, it worked just fine without any further action. 🤷‍♂️

    Hi Sibro,

    Going from 22621.232 R.P. to 22621.436 Beta is also a failing case causing the Photos App crash.

    I'm afraid we'll probably see this bug again with future R.P. updates, unless MS has enough data from the error reports to fix the problem before the next release. 😎😎

    vienna10 showed me where to see the photos app add-ons.

    Downloading build 22622.436 currently and will install it later today

    Just in case you're interested, the photo add on controls the faces. If you delete it, all recorded faces are lost and have to be rebuilt. Done this on several installs before, where 100's of faces had to re rerecorded

    Install went fine, Photos works as it should
