Updated second desktop to the same 22622.436 Build, but this one has no Features enabled, this build is supposed to have the new features rolling out, but apparently that is not necessarily true.

Still inconsistent silly MS A/B rollout. 😜😜

Not a big deal, but I hate inconsistent behavior.

I always just end up with experimental features that have bugs, like the recent one that was causing the 0xc0000005 exception in file explorer when booting in safe mode. 🤣🤣🤣

As per Blog, troubleshooter has been fixed in this Build 22622.436 as well as in 19044.1862, no more Error 0x80004005. 👍
