Hi,
I cannot leave the windows insider program. I've tried all emails that I've ever signed into on my computer, and all of them just say "This email address is not registered as a windows insider". I only pressed the join button to the windows insider program to see what it would do, I didn't sign up with an email or anything. It won't let me out. I would really like to get out because it's restricting my updates! I need help, please.

The brightness issue is a bug in the latest builds.

If you are in the Canary Channel the only way

out is to do a clean install.

Backup all important files, etc. and then use the

    MCT to clean install. https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows11

Hi can I opt out of the Windows Insider Program

    Yes, you can.

You show Build 19045.3324. Which is the current Windows 10 Public Build.

If you are in the Release Preview channel, just deleted the registry key WindowsSelfHost and reboot.

Then you will be out of insider.
