Hi,
I cannot leave the windows insider program. I've tried all emails that I've ever signed into on my computer, and all of them just say "This email address is not registered as a windows insider". I only pressed the join button to the windows insider program to see what it would do, I didn't sign up with an email or anything. It won't let me out. I would really like to get out because it's restricting my updates! I need help, please.

One issue would be that you clean installed a
build that is still an Insider build.
If you want a stable build you would have to
clean install 22000.xxx given the build you're on.
If you relinked your MSA and got to the current
Beat 22621, then you would be able to opt out
in the Fall when the next stable build is released.
Rumors are that 22621 is going RTM this month.

Open Settings and go to Windows Updates > Windows Insider Program and click on Insider Settings.
Send a screenshot of that.
If that screen is blank, tell me which channel you are in (Dev or Beta).
Then, press Windows+R and type winver. Press enter.
Send a screenshot of the window that appears.
While taking the screenshot, make sure you do not capture any personal info like phone numbers, email, IDs, etc.

The screenshots below are taken after a clean install of Windows 11 using USB stick installation media without preserving existing files. During the setup, I chose NOT to restore a backup from my previous device. I only signed in with the same Microsoft account as before.
All options to switch channels or disable the builds are all greyed out. I've already contacted Microsoft support (via chat in the Get Help app) and they eventually referred me here.

I have the same mentioned issue but I am on Beta version. Could you guide me to go from beta channel to stable one. Required screenshots are attached herewith.
Your screen shot shows you are in the Dev Channel.
If you wish to leave Dev Channel or the Insider Program
the only way to do that is by doing a clean install if its
been more than 10 days since you joined.
