Can't leave windows insider program!

Hi,
I cannot leave the windows insider program. I've tried all emails that I've ever signed into on my computer, and all of them just say "This email address is not registered as a windows insider". I only pressed the join button to the windows insider program to see what it would do, I didn't sign up with an email or anything. It won't let me out. I would really like to get out because it's restricting my updates! I need help, please.

    Resolved on second reformat of internal drives and reinstall of the OS - 10 Pro Workstation, Business - then again upgraded to 11 Pro Workstation, Business

    This helped me to the point where I can participate in the insider program again, but the windows update still wants to install the insider preview.

    How do I get back to the normal downloads?

    Please use the winver command to show what build is currently installed.

    Unfortunately, there's no way out of Dev channel without clean installing.

    Reinstall Windows
