Can't leave windows insider program!

Hi,
I cannot leave the windows insider program. I've tried all emails that I've ever signed into on my computer, and all of them just say "This email address is not registered as a windows insider". I only pressed the join button to the windows insider program to see what it would do, I didn't sign up with an email or anything. It won't let me out. I would really like to get out because it's restricting my updates! I need help, please.

    That depend on which build you have installed?

    If you have Dev build 23xxx or Canary build 26xxx and you have use these builds more than 10 days you have to do clean install of public released version. Windows 11 Clean Installation (microsoft.com)

    On other cases you can kick your device out of Insider peogram by deleting WindowsSelfHost key from registry.

    1. Open open regedit (push Win key and type regedit).
    2. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsSelfHost
    3. On left panel right click that key and delete it.
    4. Close regedit and restart. (That key will be recreated with corrected setting.)

    5) If you have Beta build 22635.xxx then go to Windows Updare / Update history and uninstall 23H2 enablement package KB5027397.

    I know exactly what I’m doing with windows. So if there are this many people who got into the dev channel because they are unconscious, there must be something that’s wrong with the way the Insider Program is presenting itself.

    I picked Beta but when I left Beta it automatically linked me to Dev. That happened behind the dark walls of MS.

    This needs to be fixed!!

    There is no way to predict bugs. The Dev version is in a constant state of change and not completely tested for release. The worst issue I’ve had is that the whole system freezes and would require a reboot. Any app you are running could lose data.

    Mind you, I’m just another user. I got out of the dev channel by backing up my data and doing a clean install. And promising myself I would never, ever, never sign up for the Insider Program.

    I have reseted my laptop 2 times now , it is starting with windows updated to insider preview

    A reset is not the right way to leave the WIP because it's just a clean reinstallation of the same Insider build.

    In your particular case, if the build number is 23xxx or 25xxx, you must clean install Windows, there's no other way out.

    As mentioned many times if you are in Canary which you are or Developer channels, the only way out is to clean install.
