Hi,
I cannot leave the windows insider program. I've tried all emails that I've ever signed into on my computer, and all of them just say "This email address is not registered as a windows insider". I only pressed the join button to the windows insider program to see what it would do, I didn't sign up with an email or anything. It won't let me out. I would really like to get out because it's restricting my updates! I need help, please.

Hello, I can't Unenroll out of Windows Insider Program - Dev Channel. I had a prior .live email that is broken - non-functional now, that might have been the email previously used. I tried my work email that Microsoft 365 Business Premium is linked, but it does not accept the unenroll. I am unable to choose Unenroll this device immediately, and successively unenroll. I want to image from Lenovo the prior installation of Windows 10 Pro Workstation, and then upgrade to Windows Pro Workstation 11. I tried that previously, but I ended back on Dev Channel Windows Insider Program - which I do not want. Please inform me of what I can initiate to unenroll out of the Windows Insider Program. Thanks, - Brad

    Hi JayGriffithsUk,

You can't have done a clean install of W10 or W11 if you are still in Beta, you have to manually switch that part on in Windows update

Can use the link below for an image for your Surface.

If it still fails, you can use format C: but use as last resort.

I've honestly, tried everything from a clean install of windows 10 to a clean install of 11. Lost all my documents trying to do it in the process. As I'd simply been pushed to it.

My Surface Pro X is entirely in Beta, from the store, to various apps and none are stable enough to function at the level in which it should.

May aswell of bought a Samsung Tablet.

We are seeing this problem quite frequently lately

Could you please talk to one of your inside contacts to find out more and if there's any possible solution?

    Thanks in advance.
