As for .NET, do you have 5.0 installed on both devices?
Yes, and I also have the exact same apps and settings on both devices.
edit: only difference, Dev is in my laptop and Beta is on a VM

Mine is fine, but maybe due to the fact I have it pinned to the Taskbar.
Opens from Right click Start fine also.
Hi C.K.
About the bug of Task Manager and UAC delay that you did not get, could you verify if this setting in Accounts -> Sign-in options is off in your box ?
Thanks.
Thanks,
Another inconsistent behavior ! 😎,
I have 3 boxes at build 22478 and all 3 fail the same way when that setting is on.

We are investigating both these reported issues. Interestingly enough I have this setting on and have not been able to repro either one.
Can someone provide detailed steps on how you are reproing?

With Build 22478 I see an intermittent problem with file explorer when deleting a system image file.
Right click on the file and delete appears to do nothing and the file is still showing even if it was actually deleted. Gets an error trying to delete again.
The only way to refresh the view in by getting out and back in file explorer, at the point the file is no longer showing.
I have seen this same bug in more than one machine at 22478, but it is intermittent.
I usually see when trying to delete a system image file.
