    478 is going, now. It never did the "Updating, don't unplug or turn off" & progress % screen... I think that's a 1st.

    To answer the question...
    Update Stack Packages deliver update improvements outside of major OS updates such as new builds.

    As I understand it for feature updates, for example & other things in between & or aside from 'big' updates. Makes updating (things) more efficient.

    I only see that many Store Updates during a clean install. I had no Store Updates on either Dell Insider laptop after installing 22478.

    That usually happens to me during a clean install. I had no Store Updates on either Dell Insider laptop after installing 22478.

    This wasn't a clean install, I just updated via WU that's all

    I mean it was clean install but almost 2 weeks ago, on the 4th

    Signing out and back in seems to solve the problem for me too temporarily, but fails again the same way after a restart.
