Signing out and back in seems to solve the problem for me too temporarily, but fails again the same way after a restart.

Looks like signing out and back in fixes both issues for the Task Manager and the delay on the commands running as administrator, but only temporarily, the problems show up again exactly the same way after a restart.

As I said, I don't have any of the bugs so I can't confirm
had to change the background for clarity, black icons on dark background doesn't work, one of the disadvantages of using TaskbarX
I know what it looks when it works normally, after signing off and back on everything looks normal on these 2 machines, the bugs come back after a restart.

Yes, that bug is still there.
Also if you wait a couple of minutes after restarting FDResPub, the PC disappears again 🤔
