the delay is to click UAC not recorded for some reason🤷‍♂️

Looks like signing out and back in fixes both issues for the Task Manager and the delay on the commands running as administrator, but only temporarily, the problems show up again exactly the same way after a restart.

As I said, I don't have any of the bugs so I can't confirm
had to change the background for clarity, black icons on dark background doesn't work, one of the disadvantages of using TaskbarX

Updating a third machine now, we'll see if I get the same bugs.
How is the lag with every change of folders inside Windows Explorer? or simply use the arrow keys to scroll through files in a folder?

As I said, I don't have any of the bugs so I can't confirm
I can try an update in place with ISO to see if that changes anything, but the bugs looks pretty consistent on 2 completely different machines.
The network bug you often talk about is still here
as soon as I restart FDResPub the PC shows up on the network
