    Mine is fine, but maybe due to the fact I have it pinned to the Taskbar.

    Opens from Right click Start fine also.

    Waiting for another machine to finish the Update to see if I get the same bug.

    Edit:

    Same problem on a second machine updated with W.U. from 22471 to 22478.

    If I click on Status and then again on names it starts populating the screens.
