Facing the same issue, and I asked the Web Copilot, it tells me to change regedit but still not working
and the Web Copilot tells me I'm not alone 🙈🙈

Copilot services in Windows 11 don't seem to be working.
No use of resetting Edge settings nor restarting the device. I did try making changes in the Registry Editor but that doesn't seem to be working!
Edit: Copilot in Edge (https://copilot.microsoft.com) is working now!

The same problem everywhere. I hope they get rid of the silly Side Panel.
The only one working is the new App released with R.P. Build 26100.712. they should install that on all Builds. 👍
