Kathy, I use a VPN and that hasn't caused any issues with CoPilot, so it could be your particular VPN - it is something that some people have experienced problems with.

Copilot services in Windows 11 don't seem to be working.
No use of resetting Edge settings nor restarting the device. I did try making changes in the Registry Editor but that doesn't seem to be working!
Edit: Copilot in Edge (https://copilot.microsoft.com) is working now!
