No menu and no new picture.

The behavior seems random, some machines got the picture collection some other don't.
I still have one machine without collection, but it has the new stupid Widget Hovering behavior.
Looks like inconsistent A/B testing again. 🤣

OK I just checked and see that I have spotlight. Whoop de doo - big deal!
