Now this is interesting.
I just did an update in place of the desktop that only had one Spotlight picture and it came up right away with the Spotlight collection and the full menu.
Interesting! If this is the last build of the year and I do not see full features soon, I can do a reset over our Holiday break. Last year our last build of 2020 was 12/10 & 1/6 was the first build of 2021.
Just did a reset & I have the Spotlight pictures as designed.

No menu and no new picture.
