Hi Sibro,
Just finished upgrading from 22000.527 to 22567.100, Windows Spotlight works fine, after a couple of minutes it changed the picture from the default Whitehaven to a new one, and 5 more available to switch.
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.

Up and running on both PC's.
Sadly, no new Widgets or Spotlight here yet.
Head's up!! If you don't see the new Spotlight
Collection, reboot.

It was working fine on build 22557 but for some reason it doesn't work anymore.
Back to Dynamic Themes app for now.
I am currently on 22579. Cannot get Spotlight to work with this build. Can’t even even select it as an option.
When I try. The photo is blank, and when I exit and return, it’s back to to picture.
I did create a new account, and it worked flawlessly.
Under the original account, I tried deleting all references to Spotlight and re registering it with Powershell. Rebooted and tried. Still unable to select it and have it stick.
I have contacted Windows Insider and North Face Hiker via Twitter, and both have been mum.
Now that permissions for App Background has been removed from Settings, I don’t know what else to try.
It isn’t a game changer, but it’s pretty nerve racking.

If it works fine on the new account, you may use the new account to delete and recreate the one that does not work.
I'm on build 22579 and has no more issues with Windows Spotlight for the background pictures and the Lock screen.
Both work fine on my 22579 machines.
It’s not that big of a deal. Just frustrating. I don’t want to have to move all of my documents and downloads. Setup my mail accounts, re enter passwords.
It’s too much of a hassle. Should be and probably is an easy fix. But if it is, no one is sharing.
