Spotlight Collection on 225XX

All of a sudden, background Windows Spotlight stopped working on build 22557, only one picture available.

Do you have any machine on this build to confirm?

I don't have any Build 22557 left; all my machines are 22567, Windows Spotlight has been working fine for both the Lock Screen and the Background Pictures, since Feb 11, 2022.

Only one thing I noticed if I do a clean install or an upgrade from a previous build, I get the default Whitehaven picture and the menu may be disabled like yours for several minutes, but then it starts working and a new picture appears usually while checking for Windows updates or MS Store updates, after that it keeps working fine.

I never lost it on any of the boxes for almost 3 weeks now, 5 picture available to switch.

Since we don't have any good build on ISO for the Ni preview, I just did a clean install of 22000.527 and I will then upgrade with W.U. to 22567.100 to see if I can get rid of the problem with Windows Security that I had on one desktop as I described in the 22567 thread.

I already did one upgrade from 22000.527 to 22567.100 on another fully compliant Desktop XPS 8940 and everything works fine on that one except for 3 old known issues.

I hope it fixes also my XPS 8930 that fails opening Windows Security in the Default Apps.

The same App works fine with 22543 but fails after upgrading to 22557 or higher.
