    This bug is easy to reproduce on machines upgraded from 19043.1266 to 22000.194:

    System shortcut is missing in Win + X.

    Now the bug is also out on public build 22000.194. Just Upgraded 2 machines from 21H1 and got the same issue.

    I just finished clean installing a VMware VM with official 22000.194 (ISO edition)

    There's no bug, both Terminal & System are there

    I know, it does not fail on a clean install, only on upgraded systems. It was that way from the beginning.

    Hi suat.cini,

    The downloaded ISO file looks the same as ever, if you downloaded with MS Edge it adds the ADS SmartScreen:$DATA, which causes the file to be unblocked automatically on first mount.

    If you do issue cmd dir /r it should show that the Zone.Identifier:$DATA has been remove after the first mount.

    I really don't see any difference with the previous behavior.

    I you download with a different browser, the file will not have SmartScreen:$DATA appended to it, in that case it may not unblock the file automatically.

    This notepad command will show you the content of the Alternate Data Stream SmartScreen:

    notepad Windows11_InsiderPreview_Client_x64_en-us__22000_194.iso:SmartScreen:$DATA

    This other notepad command shows where the file is coming from:

    notepad Windows11_InsiderPreview_Client_x64_en-us__22000_194.iso:Zone.Identifier:$DATA

    The Zone.Identifier:$DATA is removed after the first mount, after that all the subsequent Mounts are immediate.
