No problems for me so far. Can't say I'm much of a fan of the shortened date on the Taskbar. I'd have thought 26/11/24, UK format, would be better if being shortened at all.

In the Sys Tray it uses "Short Time", not "Long Time". And 24H in Short Time has no option with seconds, so when it is told to Show seconds it MUST go to AM/PM format.
Same can be said for using "Show abbreviated time and date". Cannot have cake & eat it, too.
Again, this is not a bug, either. It does not/cannot apply to 24H, so it switches.Cheers,

The setting options just added a bug.
Works fine with English (Europe) or English (United Kingdom), but not English (United States) or English (Canada). 😂😂🤷♂️

The problem happens when they allow the Short-time and Long-time setting to be different, both settings should be either 12 or 24 hours, when they are allowed to be different that creates the problem.
Since both Short-time and Long-time formats are used in the System tray clock, they need to match. 😎🤷♂️
With English (Europe) they are both automatically set for 24 hours without any option to be changed while with other regional languages they can be set manually, and they can be set incorrectly by mistake, and that creates a problem. 😵💫
The 2 settings should be forced to match to avoid the problems described when they don't match.

Just my opinion here, Windows is made for everyone,
not just you. What you think of as useless maybe others don't.
Everything needs to be tested, if you don't like it, don't use it!!!
No user ever asked for the abbreviated date. 😂😂🤷♂️
The whole idea of insider testing is to report the bugs, not to ignore them, or try to find excuses for not reporting them. 😝🤬
