No problems for me so far. Can't say I'm much of a fan of the shortened date on the Taskbar. I'd have thought 26/11/24, UK format, would be better if being shortened at all.

I have Upvoted your entry in FH about this suggested bug. Although I may have figured out why this happens...
In the Sys Tray it uses "Short Time", not "Long Time". And 24H in Short Time has no option with seconds, so when it is told to Show seconds it MUST go to AM/PM format.

As we found out later, in Sys Tray it uses both Short and Long. 😂😂🤷♂️

That jibes with me having (always) put 24H in both Short and Long. 👍

Drew I get samem results in any language.
When I turn On show seconds it show AM/PM as set in Long time format. Whe I chnage long time format to 24H mode (HH.mm.ss) as allways there isn't AM/PM. Show seconds follow long time format settigs.

OK, thanks, I think you solved the problem. 😉
Looks like it needs both Short time and Long time set for 24 Hours.
When selecting English (Europe) they are both set automatically to match with HH:mm:ss 🤷♂️
They should do the same for English (United States).
When selecting HH for short time they should do the same for long time. 😉
It was never explained that "Show seconds" option uses the "Long time" setting. 😎
Since they use both short and long time in the System tray clock, they should be forced to be both 12 or 24 hours.
One 24 and the other 12 should not even be allowed. 😉🤷♂️
Fair enough. I'm sure you will report it.
For me, with my Retail & my IB, there is nothing to report, as both are behaving just fine.
