This one has been failing for the last few Canary Builds. 😜

Hi CK,
As per Davy's post, I am seeing the "xbox identity provider" issue that something happened on our end for the last two builds in Canary only, not Dev.
Regards,
Hi Johnny,
I had that problem on the last 3 Canary builds.
There was one suggestion stating that you had to be logged in to the Xbox for that to work.
It did not make any, difference one way or the other.
Still failing today on every check for updates. from the MS Store and no answer to the FBH reports. 😜
I only see this update on Canary, not Dev.
Hey FG,
It's only been the last two Canary builds for myself, both clean installs. I can confirm your suggestion as I logged in to xbox this morning and that made no difference. I tried once again with a clean install, this time using my dump ISO with the same result.
The white icons annoy me as well. For some strange reason, anytime I do a Windows Security scan my tray icon changes from green check mark to yellow warning, but there is never anything to dismiss 😂
Regards,
This is currently installed on my Canary, looks like they are trying to update it, but they fail on every attempt. 😜🤷♂️
Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider_12.95.3001.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe
I see the same version on current public Build.
Dev has a different version, which apparently, they are not trying to update at least for now. 🤷♂️
My guess is that different users may have a different version of the Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider depending on what was previously installed on the machine. That could explain why it is trying to update only on some machines.
Maybe CK can check what version she has installed on her Canary box. 😎

I do not see that Xbox store update on my Canary.
Added: I even open my Xbox on Canary build
because I hadn't since clean install. I'm still not seeing
that update but it did install Gaming Services.
