2021-06-23T23:50:41+00:00 I have found a solution to this. Click Windows + R, then type cmd. After that dont click enter, instead click Ctrl + Shift + Enter. This should enter you as administrator and you should be able to run that command.

2021-06-23T23:44:09+00:00 This doesnt help as I cant even search anything in the first place, it fails to open and when it does its only briefly and just closes. I cant search anything on it, i've tried running troubleshooter on it, it said it found a problem, said it fixed it and continued not working. I cannot search for the command prompt and run it as administrator.

Hi,
Some other have experienced this issue.
Try:
- Restart the device
- Check for updates
If they doesn't work, try this:
System File Corruption Scan
- Open Command Prompt (Admin)
- Type cmd into the start bar
- Right click on it and selectRun as administrator
- Type:
sfc /scannow - Let it run
- Restart your device
- Try again
