2023-08-09T18:38:59+00:00 OK I did turn off Set time automatically.
I wasn't seeing the Build update at all and couldn't
Resume Pause.
I turned off Set Time Automatically, manually changed
the date.
I had also deleted the SoftwareDistribution folder.
Restarted the PC, went to Windows Update and it
found the new build.
It also showed the .NET again and the Windows Intelligence.
Once it was all done I was on 25926, the .NET was gone,
but I still have the Windows Intelligence showing Retry.
I then reset the Date and changed to back to Automatic.

2023-08-09T18:38:01+00:00 I had to edit my previous reply: Intelligence Update work some devices but not all.
I also still have the Intelligence update showing.
I had the error here too when it came up, but I hit "retry all" and it now shows completed. 😉
