This is my third machine updated to 25926, the Windows "Idiocy" Update shows Completed. 🤣🤣 I see no trace in history of the .NET update KB5028949. Last .NET update was KB5028017. No more updates found at the end. 👍 This below fails on every Canary machine,

25926 installed ok but the CU for NET Framework (KB5028949) is showing as failed in Reliability monitor. DISM and SFC both completed without finding any problems.

Safe mode still fails the same as previous build and the same behavior as Dev and Beta. The problem is caused by the same experimental features enabled in these insider builds. 🤐🤷♂️ https://aka.ms/AAm0wy5 https://aka.ms/AAm0wy5

Second desktop failed the first try with this error: and rolled back, second attempt worked fine. After the second attempt completed it also downloaded and installed Windows Intelligence Update without error. 👍 Now it shows nothing else to update: Edition Windows 11 Pro Insider Preview Version 23H2 Installed on ‎8/‎9/‎2023 OS build 25926.1000 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.25926.1000.0
