Windows Intelligence Update Completed, it gave the usual error the 1st time then I hit "Retry all" and downloaded the other updates together with Windows Intelligence Update and all installed fine. 🤷♂️
all done.

I see no trace in history of the .NET update KB5028949.
Last .NET update was KB5028017.
No more updates found at the end. 👍
