Build 25926 out to Canary Channel

Today when arriving at the desktop after first startup I had this error window. Reliability monitor shows several instances of the faulting application as well as an entry for Failing application WerFault.exe.

Edit: Still have ongoing concern with Xbox Identity Provider. This is with the upgrade as well as the total clean install of this build.

That is still happening on all my Canary machines.

I read somewhere that it needs to be downloaded while signed in XBOX. I tried that, but did not make any difference, keeps giving the same message. The problem started with Build 25905, see FBH report below.

Oh my, I got rid of the Windows Intelligence Update.

After trying many other things (that didn't work) I

used the new repair install option in Recovery.

After it was finished and Windows Update checked

for updates it now shows as completed.

Confirm that this worked for my virtual machine. It ran for about 15 seconds and was done. There was no complete repair install, but this worked somehow 👌

i have this error 0xc1900101 (it doesn't say the type of error) from the latest builds and i cant update. After reboot it gets stuck on windows logo and does nothing. I have to turn it off and after turning it back on it rollsback.

All the drivers are up to date. Antivirus is off. All usb are disconnected during restart.

I got rid of mine, using the suggestion to pause updates and searching for updates again. This worked on both my canary installs
