My desktop, which doesn't have BT, didn't show this error when running sfc /scannow.

22622 version downloaded and installed with no issues, Update was completed very quickly.

Hey! I'm wondering if there's any way to leave the insider program from this build (or the previous one) other than doing a complete reset of the OS. I don't want to lose my apps, and have to go through the hassle of backing up everything...
Please let me know if it's possible, otherwise I guess I have no choice

It depends on what build you want to get to.

You cannot go backward from 22621 to 22000.xxx, (10 days limit) you may leave insider, but you will still be at 22621 not the current public Build.

As for the enablement package 22622.290 it can be uninstalled, and you can go back to 22621.290.

@Youssef_22 I was sort of thinking the same thing. If you stay with 22621 you might be able to leave, if you go to 22622, you may not.

The upgrade to 622 is just an enablement package.
