Ok, CMD should follow installed build, but system tools keep original build nro and doesn't change when Enablement package is been used to change build.
I'm enjoying holiday and beautiful morning in town square having some coffee.
The tools show the level of the tools. That is a different case. 😉

I'm not next to any PC right now, but check what build CMD in Win 10 v21H2 show. Is it 19041 or 19044?

Just another inconsistency.
On windows 10 it shows 19044, unless you boot on recovery and go to command prompt from there or in some case from the installation media. 🤣
In recovery it shows 10.0.19041.1
