Cant' recovery Word file that was accidentally written over

I accidentally copied an old version of a Word document over the document with the newer data but did not discover this until reopening the newer file and discovering it was the older data. I have tried the following:
- Checked the temp folder
- Checked File-Info-Managed Versions and found nothing
- Checked the previous versions tab in the file properties and found nothing
- Checked OneDrive and not found a file with written-over data
The lost version is nowhere to be found, unless there is something else I don't know about. Hopefully, someone has a suggestion, although it seems like I would have dug it up while searching for help by now. Thanks! Insider Beta 10.0.22635 Build 22635

2023-12-24T03:51:11+00:00 I found it!!!!! I found a copy of the lost version of the file by going to "Open" in Word and looking in "recent files." I chose a copy of the file that was dated 12/16 and opened it and found it contained all of my missing data all the way through 12/22!!!! I practically sobbed with joy. I don't know why a file modified on 12/16 would have all my data through 12/22, but I'm obviously not complaining. I am overjoyed!

2023-12-24T01:42:21+00:00 I do have Office 365, but I don't sync to OneDrive unfortunately due an unpleasant incident. I do backup in two other locations, but the latest backups hadn't happened yet. Is there another way to use Office 365 to get the overwritten data back? That would be wonderful!
