Screen recording in Snipping Tool begins rolling out to Windows Insiders

Here's a bad video but I had to draw a screen to record.

Hi Bryce,

I tried that and got this, kept trying with the same result.

Today Microsoft are beginning to roll out an update to the Snipping Tool app (version 11.2211.35.0) for Windows 11 to Windows Insiders in the Dev Channel.

This update introduces a built-in screen recorder.

Unfortunately I have not been offered it in the lottery of the Have's-and-Have not's,

Store doesn't offer it yet.

Still no sign of the new version with Build 25262.1000. 🤐🤷‍♂️

Same here no new Snipping Tool:

Edit. Is it just for US/Canada...?
