Agree, looks silly, also they need the option to turn off "Open on hover"
For myself Widgets open immediately with Win+W or via the Widgets icon, BUT... I, still, do not have the weather on the taskbar, Centre, Left, with or without temperature, doesn't matter, I do not have it.
And that's trying/checking with the default taskbar, even though I don't use it.

I have an issue....
I have and ASUS TUF FX505GD and we have these FN + F1-F12 Commands for basic functions like increasing and decreasing volume etc
But as soon as i press the Fn + F1 then the explorer just restarts having this issue since updated to build 22533.1001.
Please find a solution
