RS-Prerelease Build 22533.1001 is out to Dev Channel + ISO

Checked (my) Notepad and could not/cannot repro "this problem".

You can reproduce it if you change the accent colors, it affects differently the Dark mode and the Light mode.

Both are easy to reproduce just by changing the accent color selected.

I see, ok. With whatever accent I have, including Dark it (corner buttons) seems quite fine.
