    Pretty slow, quite a long time sitting here:

    Same here, started at 10:02, now 11:22 still @ 88%

    Getting Install error - 0x800700a1 coming from 22523.1000

    Do you have any 3rd part AntiVirus, etc.?

    If you do, remove it using the maker's removal tool.
