    Yes, the behavior when taskbar is centered is what they advertised.

    Didn't look normal to me, oh well..., thanks! 👍

    Agree, looks silly, also they need the option to turn off "Open on hover"

    Downloading. Hopefully, this will fix my issue of Programs and features closing after a few seconds without ever working.

    *Fixed an issue impacting some Insiders which was resulting in Settings crashing when trying to access the Installed Apps, Startup Apps, and Default Apps pages.*
