Browsers crashing on 25272 to 25300 - Display Resolution Bug - Temporarily Solved

One more thing to notice, common to Dev and Beta.

Since they added the recording on Snipping tool, it does not open back on its own after taking a snip, I have to click on the taskbar icon again to reopen it and see the snip that was just taken. not a big deal, but it is a different behavior too.

Not really a lie, as I said, it was fixed for me.

That other ST issue is known and documented since release.

There is also a known issue where the Snipping Tool app window does not restore when initiating a new snip from within the app.

Weirdly enough, I see that bug on VM but not on my laptop. The laptop behaves as shown, random size window randomly positioned off screen.

Still waiting for this to happen, there was never a post in the blog for a fix of the resolution issues.

They actually added a new bug in 25300, where they screw up the desktop after the update or even an update/repair in place.

They are much quicker on adding bugs, than fixing them. 🤣🤣🤣🤐🤬

They are just not even checking for problems. 😎

You go on the web or other forums and find plenty of users reporting bugs.

It is not just affecting the snipping tool

In my case it is the only app behaving that way. ��‍♂️

The bug was reported originally by C.K. with 25272, never been addressed nor fixed.

It affects all my machines that have Standard screens HD or UHD, they only work with recommended resolution with all Dev Builds.

They work fine at any resolution with 22621 and 22623 builds.
