Yep, I see it too. I thought it was fixed going by the Blog. 😒
The issue in the Blog was not related to
the resolution issue.
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
Chrome, Edge & Firefox, all crash and the OS becomes unresponsive, I can't recover it unless I shutdown.
Anyone else seeing this?
Update:
A temporary solution is to use recommended display resolution or change to MS basic display driver.

I added build 25290 to the tiltle because even though the blog calls it fixed, some users are still experiencing this bug.

My surface pro 4 is now working as it should
With Build 25290 I can't even get the installation to progress past 49% to test it.
