I have same issue. I try not to turn on PC, as I would definetly open browser and "freeze" everything.
What display adapter and driver do you have?
What screen resolution are you using?
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
Chrome, Edge & Firefox, all crash and the OS becomes unresponsive, I can't recover it unless I shutdown.
Anyone else seeing this?
Update:
A temporary solution is to use recommended display resolution or change to MS basic display driver.

I added build 25290 to the tiltle because even though the blog calls it fixed, some users are still experiencing this bug.

i was thrilled with the update, Finally they solved the problem they created in the first place!!
They didn't fix the problem with the latest update.
As a matter of fact, they vaguely acknowledged it.

Then I found out that they did nothing, and the problem still there , When i open a video in the browser freezes again
