We are introducing a new Windows Insider affiliation badge for Windows Insiderswho are also active in the community. To receive the badge, the Microsoft account used to sign up for Windows Insider Program must be the same Microsoft account used on Microsoft Community. This affiliation badge will be awarded on a monthly basis and will remain with the profile as long as the user remains a member of the Windows Insider Program. Windows Insiders must sign in to Microsoft Community after September 1 for the badge to appear on their community profile.

    Suzy

I know i'm being cheeky but any chance you could check my account as to why the Inside logo is not showing. I'm also an Xbox Ambassador and I think it's key that people can see these badges against users so they can judge how much potential knowledge a poster has.

Of course, yes it's also a nice thing to have as a little reward for the work we do in the communities :)

    Thanks in advance

    Andy

    Hey there, G.Ilex

Can you please try clearing your cache and cookies in your web browser, and make sure you sign out of the Microsoft Community on all of your devices and back in again. This should make the system recognize you. If this does not work, then I will escalate this up to forum management for them to look into.

    Regards,

    Hi Nathan,

Please can you escalate my issue upwards please? I have cleared all my browsers caches and cookies to no avail.

    Thanks,

Did that manually this time, but I've got all my browsers setup to do that every time they are shut down.

(Edge, I.E. and the Nightly build Firefox)

    It doesn't make a difference.

    Thanks for the effort ;)

But I think it has to be escalated .
