    Upgraded Laptop from 19045.2311 to 25262.1000, no upgrade issues.

    After upgrade got the same issues reported previously with other PC updates at 25262.1000. 🤷‍♂️

    1. No new Snipping Tool. (Still old Version 11.2209.2.0)
    2. Startup Apps missing in Task Manager, as in previous build.
    3. Contrary to the Blog post statement, login is still required for Widgets to work. (Still version 521.20060.1760.0)

    I don't see that here. 🤷‍♂️

    Could be just a faster machine and it is not as visible? 😎

    Edit:

    I checked also on the old Laptop that I just cleaned installed with 25262.1000 and I don't see any noticeable delay on that either. 🤷‍♂️

    My SP4 designed for W10 does have a delay by a few seconds using Dev install, but once opened all open quicker the next time.

    SP7 doesn't.

    My main computer is W10 running DEV in Hyper-V delays about one second
