My SP4 designed for W10 does have a delay by a few seconds using Dev install, but once opened all open quicker the next time.
SP7 doesn't.
My main computer is W10 running DEV in Hyper-V delays about one second

Edit:
I checked also on the old Laptop that I just cleaned installed with 25262.1000 and I don't see any noticeable delay on that either. 🤷♂️

2022-12-10T02:43:18+00:00 Upgraded Laptop from 19045.2311 to 25262.1000, no upgrade issues.
After upgrade got the same issues reported previously with other PC updates at 25262.1000. 🤷♂️
- No new Snipping Tool. (Still old Version 11.2209.2.0)
- Startup Apps missing in Task Manager, as in previous build.
- Contrary to the Blog post statement, login is still required for Widgets to work. (Still version 521.20060.1760.0)
