For users who are receiving the following message in your Windows Insider Settings:

Your PC does not meet the minimum hardware requirements for Windows 11. Your device may continue to receive Insider Preview builds until Windows 11 is generally available, at which time it is recommended to clean install to Windows 10.

We've made an update to Settings to resolve some issues. Please reboot your device to ensure you have the latest update.

    Currently Windows 11 for ARM-based Systems is only planned for ARM-based Machines preinstalled with Windows 10 or (later) 11. Due to the fundamental customization and custom IPs that Apple has packed into their processor, it will not currently be possible to get Windows 11 to run directly bootable on an M1. Apple's security routines will also be a problem. Tests I've done so far only show a (currently limited) functionality under Parallels Desktop.

    Windows 10 (ARM-based version) currently runs perfectly in Parallels Desktop (Tested on a M1 macMini, 512GB SSD, 8GB RAM, macOS Big Sur (Release Version), Parallels Desktop and Windows 10 Pro Insider Preview (ARM Version))

    Basically same system as mine. I bought a tpm 2.0 chip and then had to bug asrock tech support for a bios to support the chip.  Win 11 still says it doesnt meet requirements. This is ridiculous of MS.

    There are a few different types of TPM header, so long as the header pins are the same as the holes on the module it should work regardless of the manufacturer.

    Hallo, mir kommt es so vor, als wenn mit Windows 11, der Verkauf von neuer Hardware angekurbelt werden soll. Auf der einen Seite wird dem Nutzer mitgeteilt, dass sein eigentlich recht moderner PC, leider nicht für Windows 11 geeignet ist.  Darunter wird gleich für den Kauf neuer Computer geworben.  Durchsichtige Geschichte. Die Sache mit dem TPM habe ich auch überprüft. Meine Workstation, Dell T5810, verfügt über UEFI. Aktuell ist Windows 10 im Legacy-Modus installiert. TPM ist aktuell die Version 1.1. Ein Update auf 2.0 ist möglich, erfordert allerdings einen größeren Aufwand. Um Windows 11 zu nutzen, müsste ich eine komplette Neuinstallation des Betriebssystems durchführen. TPM 1.1 muss geleert werden. Sowohl im Betriebssystem als auch im UEFI, um ein Update auf TMP 2,0 durchzuführen. Das für ein nicht ausgereiftes Betriebssystem, mit dem ein gut funktionierendes Windows 10 ersetzt wird.
