***UPDATE***

For users who are receiving the following message in your Windows Insider Settings:

Your PC does not meet the minimum hardware requirements for Windows 11. Your device may continue to receive Insider Preview builds until Windows 11 is generally available, at which time it is recommended to clean install to Windows 10.

We've made an update to Settings to resolve some issues. Please reboot your device to ensure you have the latest update.

    Something that I see wrong is the consideration of characteristics at level 12, when the computer complies with Secure Boot and TPM 2.0 but is stagnant by level of characteristics 11

    Why  my  Pc  cannot  be  upgraded  to  win  11 although  I  meet  all  the  requirements  like  TPM   enabled   and  my  chip  is   i3-7100T which  is  compatible , also  the  TPM  is  2.0. Explain  this  guy  I  try  to  clear  the  TPM  and  turn  it  back  on  but  it  seems   to  do  nothing

    You need to do this inside your BIOS. And save the changes before leaving it.
