it says doesnt need to meet min req as long as your on dev which i am and still it wont install the update it gives me the error tpm and secureboot which is annoying

Your PC does not meet the minimum hardware requirements for Windows 11. Your device may continue to receive Insider Preview builds until Windows 11 is generally available, at which time it is recommended to clean install to Windows 10.
We've made an update to Settings to resolve some issues. Please reboot your device to ensure you have the latest update.

2021-06-30T00:21:06+00:00 I tried to upgrade to windows 11 via dev branch of the insider program, and after it downloaded and installed the upgrade, it just rebooted and stopped doing everything at the computer's logo page, I had to press my power to shut it down and tried to boot again, it booted normally but didn't upgrade to 11 with a code 0xc19001010

2021-06-30T00:37:37+00:00 Microsoft has shafted Australian computer users. I keep seeing messages to enable TPM on the motherboard. But what am I supposed to do? The motherboard has a socket for TPM but no TPM so no Bios option either. Gigabyte wrote to contact the retailer. I did that. They don't sell TPM modules. There is none available through Amazon or eBay either.
A very frustrated former insider.
