For users who are receiving the following message in your Windows Insider Settings:

Your PC does not meet the minimum hardware requirements for Windows 11. Your device may continue to receive Insider Preview builds until Windows 11 is generally available, at which time it is recommended to clean install to Windows 10.

We've made an update to Settings to resolve some issues. Please reboot your device to ensure you have the latest update.

    I went on to YouTube to check on TPM.  Some videos seem to indicate that unless you have the module and install it first it will not appear as a menu item in Bios.  You would need to check if your motherboard has a slot for the module or check for a PTT listing instead of  TPM in bios.  

    On my ASUS Rampage motherboard I have a slot for the module but no reference appears in Bios right now.  I also have the most recent Bios updates installed.

    Am Curious about Intel alternate to having the module .  How to install PTT ?

    Due to the number of data breaches the industry is under pressure to provide solution that protect individual data.  Am not certain this is the right approach.  Encoding the data on your machine so you cant read it in the event of a system failure is a concern. Would like to see local information protected well enough that it would not need to be 'scrambled' until it had to be accessed or shared. The problem here is for users that want their information to appear on 'all ' their devices.   In order to do that and protect the data systems like TPM / bitlocker are a solution to allow the data on all those systems but protect from outside intervention.  

    In order to preserve the 'master' copy of the data it is important to save it in a separate place or places away from the 'working copy' of your data.  Once again the importance of Backing up is surfacing.  If the data is important enough it is important enough to do a backup or have an off line copy.  

    Now , if the telcos could just do something about those 'warranty' sales calls....  :-)

    Oh  ok. Is  there  any  other  way  to   update  to  windows 11??

    Because  i  have  tpm  2.0 and  secure  boot   on

    My  processor  is  ryzen  3 2200u which  is  not  supported.
