For users who are receiving the following message in your Windows Insider Settings:
Your PC does not meet the minimum hardware requirements for Windows 11. Your device may continue to receive Insider Preview builds until Windows 11 is generally available, at which time it is recommended to clean install to Windows 10.
We've made an update to Settings to resolve some issues. Please reboot your device to ensure you have the latest update.

Ok here's my 2 cents. LOL
They said that TPM has been around for the last 5 - 7 years.
“Almost every CPU in the last 5-7 years has a TPM,” explains David Weston, director of enterprise and OS security at Microsoft.
If that's the case, then those CPU's should be supported to be able to upgrade to Windows 11.
My PC, which is 3 yrs old, has TPM2.0 And passes every requirement except the CPU.
5950X and RTX 3080 here.... How can this not meet minimum requirements!? I'll stick with Linux and free windows VMs for now
same, I have both secure boot and TPM turned on, but it still shows do not meet minimum specs :(
