For users who are receiving the following message in your Windows Insider Settings:
Your PC does not meet the minimum hardware requirements for Windows 11. Your device may continue to receive Insider Preview builds until Windows 11 is generally available, at which time it is recommended to clean install to Windows 10.
We've made an update to Settings to resolve some issues. Please reboot your device to ensure you have the latest update.

Version 2.3.210625001-S2. I can't verify the # is 100% correct as my PC is disconnected, in the process of replacing graphics card.
Nothing new on this one, just downloaded from MS. Not sure where you got your -S2

Better indications with this check than the MS one...
Would suggest that you submit a feedback to the Feedback Hub in Windows and include a screen shot of the results of the test and a screenshot of the Update screen in settings that displays the message. It will help Microsoft to recognize the problem.
A lot of people are telling me they 'received an email' that their version did not qualify. I have not seen this.
For some people there is a message that shows up on the top part of the Update screen. That is not an email...
yes i see that, it's enabled in bios set as firmware tpm 2.0
It is clear to me, they removed all of the reference to a "soft floor and hard floor". I believe that Dev Channel will get the builds until GA. then will be dropped unless fully meeting requirements. I see no ambiguous language used. I also don't believe that it will be modified. This has nothing to do with whether your system "can" run 11.
In case you haven't noticed, there has not been any significant changes to Windows 10 in almost two years. Nothing here is by accident.
Am I need latest Windows 10 insider dev build?? It was failed to install for me 17/17 times
Have you tried downloading the ISO from Flight Hub and creating install media ? If it has failed so often you may want to have the install program delete all the partitions on the drive and reformat the drive with new partitions and format for GPT and UEFI (clean install). If you are having difficulty with recovering the drive or using the other tools it might help.
Also, if you have not had to reinstall Windows for a while it will help remove some pieces left over from apps that you may have uninstalled or fragments that were not cleaned up. It will also help to set you up for smoother updates going forward.
You can still save your files and data to a separate drive before you start. It will also help if you have any manufacturer disks handy and download any drivers you may need from the manufacturer site ahead of time. You may even find your manufacturer has a Bios update that needs to be installed as well.
