For users who are receiving the following message in your Windows Insider Settings:
Your PC does not meet the minimum hardware requirements for Windows 11. Your device may continue to receive Insider Preview builds until Windows 11 is generally available, at which time it is recommended to clean install to Windows 10.
We've made an update to Settings to resolve some issues. Please reboot your device to ensure you have the latest update.

Did you run the PC Health check from a particular build ?
Do you have to do this from a Preview or Beta build rather than a Dev build ?
When I run PC health check in a Dev build (21390) the test says my build is from (2009).
Not an accurate result.
Try it on a Preview build ?

I had same issue until i enabled it.

2021-06-25T20:29:58+00:00 Strangely, I received an e-mail saying "based on our data, your PC doesn't meet the minimum system requirements". I'm not sure what the "data" is, but afterwards I ran the health check and it shows that my computer meets the minimum requirements. I did turn on TPM in the BIOS yesterday after reading about it.
Otherwise, I've got a Ryzen 5800x, RTX 3080, 32GB, PCIE-4 SSD, etc etc. Basically a higher end machine. Hopefully after running the health check app, I won't be shuffled over to the preview group.
